Leslie's Accomplishments

• Stopped radioactive waste burning by the University of Minnesota at its St. Paul campus
• Prevented NSP (Excel) from burning PCB toxic liquids at their St. Paul High Bridge Plant
• Forced the Ford Motor Company in Saint Paul to reduce paint solvent emissions
• Forced the City of Mankato to provide clean water for their LeHillier neighbors
• Stopped the City of Otsego from building its city hall in the Wild and Scenic Rivers District
• Reported University of Minnesota Dr. Jack Mandel for covering-up, and lying about, the true results of a Koch Refinery (now Flint Hills Resources) Health Risk Assessment
• Exposed Koch Refinery for leaking gasoline into the Mississippi River backwaters
• Identified Pollution Control Agency air quality staff for lying about the Minneapolis garbage burner and forced Mike Valentine and David Bordson to quit
• Saved 600 white pine trees in the Little Alfie area of the Superior National Forest
• Helped Viking Gas Company reduce air emissions from its compressor stations
• Prevented garbage and medical waste burners in New Brighton, Winsted and Watkins
• Prevented garbage burner ash dumps from going into Mantorville, Hopkins and Medina
• Closed the leaking Eden Prairie garbage dump
• Authored the book "Always Cheat" that knocked Jesse Ventura out of office
• Sued the Disney Company to stop their use of the Earth Protector trademarked name
• Sued on the Twins Ballpark because of incomplete environmental review
• Sued to protect Jeffers Pond in Prior Lake from illegal development
• Formed the "Coalition to Save the Sears Building" and saved the building
